Click Here for The Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate requires the following  Continuing Education Compliance Form be completed and submitted to the State by you, signed and dated.

Note: this form must be an original typed in black ink, (computer generated is acceptable) any compliance form that is not properly completed or contains less than the required thirty hours of continuing education will be returned.

Requirements are:

• 3 hours of civil rights

• 3 hours of core law

• 3 hours of canons of ethics

• 21 hours of other approved electives
  

• 30 total hours of continuing education

List each course completed and enclose a copy of attendance certificate to verify date of offering and state certification (course provider class certificate of completion).

Note return this form only after you have completed the entire thirty hours of continuing education to the address on the form.

Anyone meeting the state requirement for the 9 hours of continuing education must complete the R-109A compliance form.
